How to delete your ShockReel account and data

Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your ShockReel account and all associated personal data at any time. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

The following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Your account profile (name, email, avatar)
  • Watch history and unlocked episodes
  • Coin balance and transaction history
  • Any uploaded content

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to privacy@shockreel.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"

Include the email address associated with your ShockReel account

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation

Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook, you can also revoke ShockReel's access directly from your Facebook account:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login
  2. Click "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find ShockReel and click "Remove"
  4. Then email us to delete your ShockReel account data
